Bespoke: Full-Service Coordination

Our Full-Service Bespoke Coordination is designed for groups, organizations, choirs, families, and special events that need a more hands-on approach to custom ordering.

From measurements to production and final delivery, Asade Collection coordinates the process so your group has one central point of contact from start to finish.

What’s Included

Measurement Collection
We create and provide a dedicated measurement form for your group, allowing each member to submit their name, sizing information, and required measurements.

In-Person Measurement Assistance (Within a 5-mile range of Aurora or less common)

For qualifying group orders, one scheduled visit to a designated location can be arranged to assist members who need help taking accurate measurements. Additional visits may be subject to an additional fee.

Production Coordination
We coordinate the weaving, tailoring, sizing information, and production requirements for your order.

Order Management
Your group order is managed throughout the production process, including communicating requirements to our production team and monitoring progress.

Shipping & Final Delivery
If shipping is included in your selected service, we coordinate international shipment and delivery of the completed order to the agreed designated location.

How Bespoke Pricing Works

Because every bespoke order is different, pricing is customized based on the specific needs of your group.

Your quote may include:

Fabric and weaving
Tailoring and sewing
Quantity of garments
Design complexity and customization
Measurement coordination
Bespoke service and order-management fees
International or domestic shipping, when applicable
Additional services requested by your group

After we review your design, quantity, sizing requirements, delivery location, and requested services, you will receive a detailed bespoke quote outlining the applicable costs.

Production & Delivery Timeline

A personalized production timeline will be provided once your order details are confirmed.

Your timeline may include:

Measurements → Weaving/Fabric Preparation → Tailoring → Quality Check → Shipping → Final Delivery

Production and delivery times vary depending on the size of the order, design complexity, fabric availability, customization requirements, and destination.

Important Delivery Notice

All production and delivery dates provided for bespoke orders are estimates unless otherwise stated.

While Asade Collection carefully coordinates production and works to meet the estimated timeline, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect the final delivery date.

We recommend placing bespoke and group orders well in advance of your event date to allow sufficient time for production, shipping, and any necessary adjustments.
